Amanda Prates

Amanda Prates serves as Resia's Director of Corporate Finance. In this capacity, she oversees all aspects of Corporate Finance, encompassing Financial Planning, Accounting, Cash Management, and Investor Relations. Amanda plays a crucial role in managing the company's financial performance and strategic relationships with stakeholders. She is responsible for crafting the appropriate financial strategy, framework, and tactics, as well as developing a compelling investor relations strategy.

Before joining Resia in 2021, Amanda dedicated nearly a decade to MRV, Resia's parent company in Brazil, recognized as one of the largest global homebuilders. During her tenure at MRV, she gained diverse experience across various departments, including Organizational Development, Real Estate Credit, Sales, and culminating in her role as Head of Financial Planning, which she held for nearly five years.

Amanda earned her Bachelor's degree in Economics from UFMG (Federal University of Minas Gerais) in Brazil in 2012. Additionally, she holds an MBA in Finance from Ibmec, one of Brazil's prestigious business schools.
