Fabrizio Batista

Fabrizio de Araujo Batista is the Chief Service and Technology Officer at Resia. In his current role, he is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and office management. In addition, he will manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s technological systems, protocols, and policies. Additional responsibilities include developing innovative and efficient systems and maintaining the necessary infrastructure to support company operations continually. Also, he will oversee the correct use of IT and communication investments and participate in the preparation of business strategies by leading the research of new technologies and evaluating the technical viability of proposed new business models.

He is a member of the senior management team, reporting to the President and CEO. Prior to joining Resia, Batista was a former director of shared service and former corporate executive manager of technology at MRV&Co, one of the largest homebuilders in the world. He has 14 years of real estate experience. Batista holds an MBA from University of São Paulo (USP) and a bachelor’s degree in information technology from Centro Universitario UNA.
