Resia Mangonia Lake

Completed in September 2019, Mangonia Lake was Resia’s first community built entirely using concrete form technology. This project is a 240-unit multifamily housing development in Palm Beach, Florida, with financing provided by Bank of America and PNC Bank. The project was Resia’s third in Palm Beach County.

Mangonia Lake provides additional housing options to West Palm Beach residents who had been priced out of the local rental market. The lakefront community offers 1- and 2-bedroom apartments and located minutes from downtown West Palm Beach, CityPlace, and Rosemary Square.
