Resia Princeton Groves

Princeton Groves is a 216-unit multifamily housing development in Princeton, Florida. Delivered in August 2016 with project financing provided by Citi Community Capital and Fannie Mae. Resia’s first development in the Princeton area, the project revitalized a dormant part of the neighborhood. The community’s 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units serve market-rate families and young professionals attracted to the modern, garden-style units and proximity to the Miami-Dade bus lane.
