Tributary is a proposed multifamily housing in Douglasville, Georgia. The project comprises 433-units across 7 buildings in a gated community, with best-in-class finishes and ample amenities, such as private parking, a clubhouse, and a fitness center. Tributary is Resia’s first development outside of Florida as the company expands its footprint. The development has an expected completion date of February 2023.
